About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Specialist to join our team in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on concept development, testing, and verification of designs and products.
  • Ensure the implementation of functional requirements, cost-effectiveness, and reliability in product design.
  • Develop and modify machine design concepts and finishes to meet customer needs.
  • Create assembly/detail drawings and part lists for production purposes.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to Company guidelines (MEDS) and relevant international standards.
  • Delegate tasks to engineering partners as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Technology or comparable work experience and knowledge.
  • Experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in 3D design tools.
  • Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organizations.
