Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to support our customers by delivering actionable insights that drive business improvements.

This role involves working closely with the customer, analytics team, and other stakeholders to assess customer needs and collaborate on solution delivery.

Main Tasks:

  • Translate customer business objectives into data-driven analysis strategies within our platform products scope.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to promote ongoing use of analytics for facilities program improvement and enforce data governance.
  • Conduct investigative analysis projects (benchmarking, data mining) to identify areas of concern and importance to customers.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and BI Dashboards as requested.
  • Manage customer analytic requests including facilitating customer discussions, documenting requirements, setting expectations, securing signoffs, conducting project status meetings, sending updates, presenting findings, and liaising between customers and ServiceChannel's data science team.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in performing ad hoc analysis in Excel.
  • BI report and dashboard development background (Looker or Power BI experience is desired).
  • Ability to independently scope, manage, and deliver multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
  • Data discrepancy troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Data Storytelling skills and ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content.
  • SQL development experience is preferred.
  • Experience in analysis at a SaaS/Software company, within Facilities Management, and/or in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
