Data Scientist/Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives. As an expert in machine learning, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Create data extraction, transformation, and loading pipelines, versioning, experimentation, and continuous delivery of machine learning models;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs and technical robustness criteria for long-term operations;
- Develop machine learning algorithms using classification, regression, and LLMs through prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agent development;
- Operate in the "Build & Run" model, supporting functionality and/or model development within the same team;
- Train and help develop other team members, following agile methods standards and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies;
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with Databricks, including MLFlow;
- Ability to build machine learning models using major frameworks like scikit-learn and Keras or XGBoost;
- Programming in Python and/or Node.js;
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, as well as query languages (SQL and NoSQL);
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), GraphRAG, KAG (Knowledge-Augmented Generation), among others;
- Experience with agent architectures and multi-agent systems;
- Experience developing microservices and building APIs to serve models and integrate with systems;
- Monitoring and observability of APIs and served models;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in global environments;
- Experience with SAP applications;
