We are on a mission to create the games that will shape this generation, and we need a talented and experienced leader to help us achieve this goal. As the Head of People and Talent Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy, developing and implementing programs to attract, retain, and grow top talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing HR team to provide strategic support to all departments
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and effective hiring
  • Design and oversee a competitive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to ensure we have the right people in the right roles
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, and promote good management practices across the organization
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in HR
  • Proven experience in HR disciplines, talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards
  • Experience in tech and startups is a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring HR professionals
