Key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our business goals
* Building and leading a high-performing HR team
* Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and effective hiring
* Designing and implementing total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent
* Developing and implementing talent management programs to ensure we have the right people in the right roles
* Fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
