About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of People to join our team at Wildlife, a leading mobile game developer and publisher. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our talent strategy, driving business results, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and attracting top talent from the best universities and industry leaders.
  • HR Business Partnership (HRBPs): Lead and manage the HRBP team to provide strategic support to all departments, ensuring HRBPs are effectively supporting leaders in their roles.
  • Total Rewards: Design and oversee a competitive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs to ensure we have the right people in the right roles, lead initiatives for employee development, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Management Practices and Accountability: Disseminate and promote good management practices across the organization, ensuring accountability for performance and development through robust performance management systems.
Requirements
  • Experience and Education: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in HR, with proven experience in HR disciplines, talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into HR strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Personal Qualities: Passion for people, results-oriented, innovative mindset, resilience and adaptability, collaborative approach, and integrity and trust.
