Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic international sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, presenting products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with potential clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Fluent English language skills at C1-C2 level
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales is preferred
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive, persuasive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a customer relationship management (CRM) system
