About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who's passionate about customer success and automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to users.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve complex problems.
- Onboard new customers and ensure their successful integration of our platform.
- Help teams optimize our tool in their daily operations, measure its value, and drive adoption.
- Manage billing flows and ensure customers have clarity on account status.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for sales expansion during customer interactions.
You've worked in a customer-facing SaaS role before and have experience building automation flows. You're consultative and empathetic, with a passion for helping users streamline and optimize their workflows.
Familiar with tools like Slack, Intercom, Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
