Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager with project documentation and control.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring project plan execution and progress is accurately reported. In addition, you will assist in job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts.
- You will be the point of contact for all project-related communications with owners and contractors.
- Assist with managing project workflows and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years' experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
