Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our IT team. You will be responsible for coordinating IT project demands based on Project Management concepts and tools.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in contributing to our business by ensuring that all documentation of demands and projects is created and stored according to the methodology in use.

You will also be responsible for coordinating activities, resources, developer hours, IT processes, and project management information to ensure that scope, deadline, cost, and quality are achieved as agreed with customers/users.

Additionally, you will act as a central point of contact and keep members of the project team informed about progress, changes, difficulties, and status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IT project demands based on Project Management concepts and tools
  • Ensure all documentation of demands and projects is created and stored according to the methodology in use
  • Coordinate activities, resources, developer hours, IT processes, and project management information
  • Act as a central point of contact and keep members of the project team informed about progress, changes, difficulties, and status
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science

Experience: Experience managing projects, experience with project management methodology (PMBOK) applicable to IT project leadership

Skills: Good knowledge of development methodology and experience with agile methodology, expert on one or more components of SAP

Language: Advanced English is mandatory, Spanish is desirable
