Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-voltage projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve contractual issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and finances to ensure optimal results.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the high-voltage industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
