Regenerative Agriculture Impact Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Regenerative Agriculture Impact Specialist to support the implementation of innovative agriculture projects with suppliers across Latin America & Europe.

About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people around the world by contributing to the development of sustainable agriculture practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and analyze environmental and financial data to quantify outcomes for farmers.
  • Support project delivery, ensuring alignment with global priorities, supplier engagement, and the business case for regenerative transition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in impact measurement, sustainability reporting, or environmental systems – preferably in agriculture or climate projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with agriculture, sustainability, or climate topics.
  • Direct knowledge of regenerative agriculture principles is desirable.
