Senior Launch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to lead our go-to-market activities and operational readiness for new product launches and key initiatives.
This role involves defining, organizing and leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful project delivery. You will provide input to launch plans and timing to meet market requirements, act as the central point of contact for high-level scope discussion, communication and readiness for the launch, track progress toward project milestones and ensure overall readiness for launch.
Apart from this you will anticipate, address and/or escalate impediments. You will also serve as a liaison between the program and leadership, championing communication and executive status related to the program.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of project management and business operations experience.
- Understanding of key metrics to drive results.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including conflict resolution, stakeholder management, risk management, team building, and decision making.
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing environments.
- Business English proficiency at B1 CEFR level or higher required.
