Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Google

Must Have:
  • 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Ability to manage large budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
  • Ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
Experience:

Minimum of 4 years managing diverse Google Ads campaigns with independent reporting and optimization skills.

Your Role:

Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to drive growth and profitability across channels and verticals.

Performance Expectations:
  • Own pacing, reporting, and performance metrics for campaigns
  • Manage creative assets and maintain an organized library
  • Plan and optimize campaigns with clear objectives
  • Monitor and optimize campaign health for better CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Document tests and share learnings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities
  • Use research tools to understand markets and identify growth areas
  • Become an internal Google Ads expert, managing full campaign cycles
