Job Title: LATAM Energy and Indirect Procurement Manager

The role of LATAM Energy and Indirect Procurement Manager is to develop and execute buying strategies for the business, covering our operations across Argentina, Brazil & Colombia.

  • Developing and executing buying strategies for indirect categories, including facilities, real estate, business services, marketing, media, contingent labor, energy, and GARP.
  • Building and leading supplier relationships to deliver value to the company.
  • Leading sourcing strategy development, tactics, and key activities for the category.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing buying strategies for indirect categories.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of buying experience with accountability for large spend.
  • Industry experience preferably gained in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in indirect & energy buying in Latin America, ideally on a multi-country basis.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
  • Proven track record of influencing change within a business and realizing significant savings.
