Position Overview

At PSI, the Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing all phases of the proposal lifecycle, striving to uphold the organization’s success rate of 30% or higher. This role is pivotal in numerous elements, ranging from RFP strategy formulation to bid defense presentations. You will collaborate with international teams, including Feasibility, Medical Affairs, Project Management, Clinical Operations, Budgeting, and Business Development, to efficiently develop successful proposals.

This position provides the option to work either from the office or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting high-quality strategic proposals customized to meet client requirements
  • Setting realistic RFP timelines and ensuring adherence to critical milestones
  • Facilitating strategy discussions and coordinating RFP meetings
  • Preparing budgets utilizing CLARITY software
  • Contributing to study modeling through VISIONAL
  • Assessing client specifications and gathering internal feedback
  • Working with the budgeting team to finalize competitive financial proposals
  • Managing vendor RFPs and obtaining quotes
  • Assisting in bid defense presentations

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in overseeing clinical trial proposals within a CRO environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and innovative approach to client interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
