Job Title:
Transformation Design Expert for LATAM Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking an expert in transformation design to join our team in LATAM. This role will involve working with stakeholders across the region to leverage best practices and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent LATAM operations requirements in project squads focused on cash management rails and payments products
- Coordinate and formalize operational requirements from projects and new products in a partnership with products, operations, and technology teams
- Liaise effectively between lines of business with empathy and understanding to achieve common goals as a team Collaboratively contribute to program updates
- Coordinate testing planning: defining testing scope and UAT completion strategy helping the team achieve goals
- Coordinate implementation plan from operations perspective
- Maintain stakeholders updated in relation to project's status and next steps
- Prepare senior management presentations highlighting progress against milestones, risks, issues, and any barriers requiring escalation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of payments and collections platforms and operational processing systems
- Familiarity and experience leading people, understanding operational requirements, be able to criticize and suggest solutions aiming to optimize operational process aligned with business interests.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences in multiple regions, strong communication skills in English to negotiate internal priorities among project's stakeholders in Latin America
- Capability to create documents containing business and functional requirements, creating diagrams of current and future flows from operations perspective
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and project management concepts
