About the OpportunityWe have an opening for an Implementation Analyst to join our team. If you've ever thought about working on the most complete and innovative end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform in Latin America, this could be your chance.
Working Hours:08h daily – Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the operation of installed products at customers' locations and configure equipment and systems according to customer operations (telemetry, SSMA, etc.).
- Analyze the health of the customer fleet, identifying necessary actions and communicating new business opportunities to the sales team.
- Support the sales team with gathering information for presentations and other needs.
- Implement and monitor the PDCA cycle with clients, generating presentations and follow-up meetings.
- Monitor the development of new features and provide feedback.
- Assist customers in emergency situations with claims.
- Carry out data collection and analysis to verify behavior and make decisions.
- Higher education in progress or completed.
- Office package and systems skills;
- Technical Knowledge in Vehicle Telemetry, Risk Management (Cargo Theft), Fuel Consumption and Fleet Analysis;
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem solving;
- Communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Proactivity and ability to work independently;
- Flexibility for travel and remote work.
