Project Controller Role

You will be responsible for financial project management and reporting, encompassing sales, profitability, cash flow, unbilled amounts, KPIs, overdue and actual/forecast data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify key projects with potential profitability deviations versus As-Sold, collaborating with all main functions to develop corrective action plans.
  • Support the financial aspects of tendering for new opportunities in coordination with the Tendering Manager.
  • Maintain adherence to project controlling rules, implementing methods, processes, and tools in accordance with GCP requirements.
  • Contribute to GCP governance instances, including REL 1/2/3/4/5/projects review/input to Projects Database reporting.
  • Ensure effective communication of project performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent +5 years' experience (Engineering, Economics, commercial high school degree).
  • +5 years' experience in Finance & Control or Project environment.
  • Experience as Finance Business Partner in Project environment or Project Finance Controller.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex matters synthetically.

This role demands a strong understanding of finance and project management principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and effective collaboration in a multicultural team environment.

This position reports to the GCP and PA Ops Project Business Finance Manager, potentially involving business trips within the RAC and PA perimeter.
