We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support monthly closing activities and assist with financial reporting tasks
- Work with ERP systems for data entry, invoice tracking, and financial controls
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal financial procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Previous experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Intermediate to advanced English (will be evaluated during the recruitment process)

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other financial tools
