Business Intelligence Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for taking raw data and constructing informative narratives that help business colleagues make informed decisions.

This professional will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, identify and query relevant data sources, and cleanse and manipulate the data into a usable format. They will create datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements and present them to stakeholders for feedback.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data. They should have a solid understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, as well as experience with ETL processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.

A strong analytical mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to deliver commitments are essential for this role. The candidate should also possess superior organizational skills, a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation, and advanced English language proficiency.
