As a leading organization, we are seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence Professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leveraging raw data and turning it into actionable insights that drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing comprehensive BI solutions, analyzing complex data sets, and communicating findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and extract relevant data from various sources.
  • Cleanse and transform data into actionable formats, creating tailored reports and dashboards using Tableau.
  • Present and gather feedback on completed projects, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
  • Conduct technical training sessions to upskill colleagues.
  • Maintain and document operational environments, ensuring seamless performance.
  • Manage SQL Server SPs and queries, optimizing database architecture for improved efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing BI dashboards, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • Familiarity with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment; at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.
  • A solid understanding of modeling relational data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
