Job Description:

As a Regional Insurance Manager at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's insurance portfolio growth and risk management strategies. Your work will have a significant impact on the company's financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement insurance programs and solutions for Caterpillar's Energy & Transportation customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Underwriting and Actuarial, to develop and refine insurance products and pricing strategies.
  4. Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions to customers, ensuring they have the necessary coverage to mitigate potential risks.
  5. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of insurance programs and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain reports to track customer satisfaction, financial performance, and market penetration.
  7. Foster relationships with Caterpillar divisions to promote the sale and lease of equipment, ensuring seamless integration of insurance products.

Requirements:

  • A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 5 years exempt experience in insurance, marketing, and/or sales is recommended.
  • Property & Casualty insurance is preferred.
  • Spanish and English Bilingual required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to define insurance markets and recommend insurance solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge in Caterpillar & insurance products, managing insurance products, their applications, and their markets.
