Job Title: Senior Warehouse and Distribution Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Warehouse and Distribution (W&D) Analyst. This key position involves implementing enhancement projects to increase warehouse and distribution efficiency, reducing costs and improving service levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with third-party logistics providers and transportation companies to ensure compliance with service agreements and operational standards. Additionally, they will utilize SAP and other analytical tools to monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong expertise in supply chain management, financial governance, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Implement enhancement projects to increase warehouse and distribution efficiency, reducing costs and improving service levels.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and transportation companies to ensure compliance with service agreements and operational standards.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize SAP and other analytical tools to monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Financial Governance: Support and execute financial control and governance within the W&D area, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial policies.
  • Project Leadership: Participate in projects focused on savings initiatives and operational enhancements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment across the supply chain.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, project progress, and improvement recommendations to senior management.

The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential, as well as familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
