Job Description

This role involves working as a specialist in commercial processes, responsible for implementing and maintaining business practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance transformation projects, specifically focusing on commercial flows areas, and be able to work independently and take ownership of this role.

  • Guaranteeing the implementation of commercial processes
  • Supporting countries in their execution but also guarantee efficiency in terms of tools, organization, and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess several or more of the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes
  • Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems, and form a plan of action
  • Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic
  • Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and result-oriented

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate should also have a university degree in Business Administration with a major in Information System and/or Finance/Accounting and/or Process & Organization Management.
