• We are in the process of rotating to harmonize our processes, form global organizations, and digitize our operations by establishing a Center of Excellence for Finance, IT, and HR based in Lyon.">
• The FPSO team aims to lead the finance transformation of the group, digitalize LDC processes, and help the group rotate to finance best practices and tools.">
• In 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiating a Global Finance Transformation and Digitization of its Back Office operations.">
• The program consists of reshaping accounting and controlling processes, implementing SAP S/4 HANA suite, including Business Intelligence, ARIBA, and more.">
• As of 2025, implementations have been done in several regions, including countries such as Argentina, Switzerland, US, China. The program roadmap ends around 2028.">

Main Responsibilities:

2. The FPSO team is looking for an FPSO Specialist Commercial Flows who will be responsible for E2E processes flows, including purchase and sales of commercial goods, inventory management, transportation flows, and more.">
3. The FPSO Specialist Commercial Flows will guarantee LDC Group practices and processes related to commercial processes, support countries in their execution, and guarantee efficiency in terms of tools, organization, and processes.">
4. This role requires close relationship with our business partners, other members of the Program, and hand-in-hand collaboration with our DT&A departments and Front Office implementation team.">
5. The candidate will have several years of strong operational experience ideally from a finance consulting or technology consulting firm.">
6. The ideal candidate will have experience from finance transformation projects either as an internal or as an external resource, working in project mode, and ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role.">
7. The candidate will also have experience in process design and implementation in an IT tool, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations.">
8. Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes is required.">
9. Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems, and form a plan of action is essential.">
10. Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic is required.">
11. Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail is necessary.">
12. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role.">
13. Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment is required.">
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.">
15. Ability to work under time pressure and result-oriented is essential.">
16. Leading business school, leading engineer school, university degree in Business Administration with a major in Information System, Finance/Accounting, and/or Process & Organization Management is preferred.">
