This role requires regular interaction with all areas and functions of the company and you will develop the daily routine full connected with regional and local Business/Commercial Controller team.
**A typical day of work**:
Responsible for building and maintaining a reliable database that supports the construction of the required analyses, and in parallel lead initiatives to automatize and simplify the role process cross the company.
Based on the above database and other tools, give support and insights to the Regional and local directors about the commercial finance performance of the Business Area monitoring different KPIs across the countries for the B2B and D2C Business (NS Growth/ % Share/ CTF / Contribution Margin, etc ).
Consolidate and follow up information such as:
- Commercial Closing figures
- Commercial Consensus information
- Commercial Structural Cost responsibility for Budget, Action and other scenarios.
- Net Sales and CTF achievement through Cockpit tool
- Regional Contribution Margin through CCR-Customer Contribution report tool
- Ad hoc reports according to specific demands
Additionally, you will be responsible for data loading processes related to projects and current systems.
Work cross-functionally on different projects in order to ensure a regional standardization across the countries, being aligned with group directives in order to give transparence and governance.
You will support Commercial Controller Regional director with information for regional and global presentations.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

**Position Requirements**:
- Work experience in Finance (FP&A area) and Commercial Controlling
- Ability to handle multi complex cross-functional projects and management
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement in multinational companies
- Proven project skills with direct responsibility for leading project teams and schedule
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, Accounting
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced skills in English (Portuguese will be a strong plus)
