Operational Support Specialist

The Operations Process Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our business. Their duties include coordinating front-line operations, handling escalated or complex issues, and managing receipt, release, and shipment of cargo.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate warehouse activities, data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and local customer service.
- Handle pending issues and returns, monitor performance indicators, and prepare reports and presentations for management and customers.
- Support the definition, review, and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows, and performance indicators.
- High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in English.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- At least one year of clerical or office experience.
- Skills in data entry, office software, communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Good human relations, interpersonal skills, and a clear speaking voice.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Dynamic and creative mindset.
