Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing product strategies and roadmaps to execute maximum market segment penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops product strategies and roadmaps to execute maximum market segment penetration.
  • Monitors product performance, provides feedback, and defines or approves/disapproves change control processes.
  • Coordinates with customer teams, customers, and third parties to develop product strategies and enhance existing offerings.
  • Develops and implements programs using the Go-To-Market process to increase card issuance in established and emerging markets.
  • Engages in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling and planning.
  • Executes business plans promoting MasterCard acceptance value and profitability.
  • Enhances product-marketing strategy from product decision through life cycle.
  • Coordinates advertising, promotional, and sales programs to meet objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years prior related work experience, with at least two years of management experience desirable.
  • Extensive experience in new product development.
  • Strong business/market/financial analysis and project management skills.

  • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners.
  • Business Acumen providing solutions that drive positive results.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team.

  • General office environment.
