We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our team in Brazil.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and incubating top talent agencies or organizations to develop their e-commerce talents and drive agency business on TikTok Shop.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and creator growth for agency partners.
- Provide comprehensive support to agency partners, including education, traffic, data insights, brand partnership opportunities, marketing resources, and more.
- Maintain firm and sustainable relationships with partners, building long-term trust and partnerships.
- Motivate partners through regular development reports, data insights, brand partnership opportunities, and practical support.
- Solve key challenges in agency or agency creator growth through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years of experience in key account growth or agency partner growth, preferably with a mixed background in e-commerce, business development, and creator agency sides.
- Strong connections with talent agencies/MCNs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A down-to-earth spirit, with the ability to be detailed and hands-on when needed.
- Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, with experience in content-based e-commerce highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus.
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies are preferred.
