Job Description

Transforming software development through pioneering AI solutions is the primary focus of this role. Working at the intersection of research and engineering, you will embed AI into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance team productivity, reliability, and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI-powered tools for each stage of the SDLC: code generation, code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment.
  • Create internal assistants and copilots to reduce cognitive load and empower developers to work more efficiently.
  • Automate repetitive development and operational tasks, such as writing infrastructure as code (IaC), generating release notes, and updating documentation.
  • Investigate GenAI solutions to improve CI/CD workflows and reduce delivery friction.
  • Design, benchmark, and deploy AI-driven solutions that minimize lead time, increase deployment frequency, and enhance reliability.
  • Explore fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation approaches when needed.
  • Prototype AI-driven deployment optimizations, cost-aware autoscaling, or predictive incident resolution.
  • Embed AI into DevOps processes to identify bottlenecks, automate root cause analysis, and surface continuous delivery insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Python across AI, infrastructure, and tooling codebases.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
  • 2+ years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Go).
  • 1+ years of experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), and with CI/CD systems and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • 1+ years of practical experience with code-generation tools (Codex, StarCoder, Claude, or GPT family).
  • Strong understanding of the full SDLC and practical experience with large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience prototyping, benchmarking, and deploying AI solutions to improve developer workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of software development automation and productivity enhancement techniques.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Ability to explain complex AI solutions to cross-functional and non-technical teams.
  • Research-minded with curiosity for testing new AI ideas, tools, and approaches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on identifying inefficiencies and applying AI to increase delivery velocity.
  • Advanced English level required for collaboration with US clients and effective communication.
