We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Assurance Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our products and services, and contributing to the development of our safety processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform safety analyses and technical reviews to identify and mitigate risks associated with our products and services.
  • Develop and implement safety requirements and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Manage and support the work of Safety Assurance Engineers to ensure timely and effective delivery of safety-related activities.
  • Interface with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure safety is a key consideration in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Desirable knowledge of railway and signalling systems, as well as electronics and CENELEC standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and quality.
