Cloud AI Consultant Job Description

The primary role of a Cloud AI Consultant is to guide customers through the process of leveraging Google Cloud's cutting-edge technology to drive digital transformation and business growth. This involves serving as a trusted advisor, assessing customer needs, and defining optimal AI architectures to deliver solutions that meet their strategic objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored strategies for implementing artificial intelligence solutions. You will lead engagements, manage project scope, priorities, and timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to package best practices and lessons learned into reusable assets for the broader organization.

As a Cloud AI Consultant, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of businesses by helping them transform and evolve through the use of Google Cloud's global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure. You will be part of an innovative team in a rapidly growing business, working with customers from ideation to production, and establishing best practices for building scalable, reliable, and innovative AI systems on Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs and define optimal AI architectures to deliver solutions that meet their strategic objectives.
  • Lead engagements, manage project scope, priorities, and timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to package best practices and lessons learned into reusable assets.
  • Develop tailored strategies for implementing artificial intelligence solutions, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to create thought leadership, methodologies, and reusable assets for the broader organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.
  • 5 years of experience managing and delivering data-driven or AI-powered solutions, including at least 5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience in designing generative AI agents for process automation with tools like Vertex AI, transforming customer service experiences with Google's Contact Center AI (CCAI) suite, and advising on the development of custom machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to collaborate with international clients and teams.
