The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned travel expert with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Itineraries: Collaborate with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences to create customized day-by-day travel plans.
  • Booking Coordination: Arrange flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel components to ensure optimal timing, quality, and value.
  • Client Support: Maintain open communication with clients before, during, and after travel to provide assistance, answer questions, and handle changes.
  • Supplier Communication: Work with travel vendors and tour operators to secure reservations, upgrades, and exclusive experiences.
  • Travel Documentation: Prepare and deliver finalized travel itineraries, booking confirmations, destination guides, and travel tips.
  • Quality Control: Double-check every itinerary element for accuracy, completeness, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently are critical.
  • Familiarity with booking platforms and digital tools is necessary.
  • Self-motivation and a genuine passion for travel and helping others plan exceptional trips are required.
