A highly experienced digital marketing specialist is required to lead our paid search strategy and drive measurable results through data-driven campaign management and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimize multiple campaign types including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and campaign elements.
  • Create and optimize product feed management for Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Manage daily budget allocation and bidding strategies.
  • Implement conversion tracking and analyze customer journey data.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and expand into new market segments.
  • Optimize landing pages in collaboration with the development team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
  • A proven track record of managing substantial monthly ad spend.
  • Deep understanding of PPC platforms, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools and tag management systems.
  • Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with bid management tools and automation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • PPC certification and other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their interaction with PPC.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with heat mapping tools.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Experience with performance marketing in international markets.
