As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers.
About the Role:The Automotive Parts Specialist is responsible for fostering a friendly and courteous environment for customers, promoting company customer service programs. This includes assisting managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers, completing assigned company training, and maintaining accurate records.
You will provide excellent phone service by answering calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts, and recommending premium items. Additionally, you will maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in a friendly manner.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, performing daily operational tasks, including inventory cycle counts and store services. You will also be required to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, provide outstanding customer service, multitasking, and handling phone calls while serving customers in-store.
Requirements:- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service is desired.
- ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages are highly desired.
