We are seeking a talented individual to join our R&D team to produce innovative solutions for the Material Handling Industry.

About the Job

• This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a like-minded team of engineers in an Agile development environment, with the chance to engage in every stage of the R&D process from research and innovation to design, prototype development, and field deployment.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing state-of-the-art neural networks for vision, grasping, and robot autonomy tasks, as well as developing software systems to interface these networks with hardware to solve real-world physical problems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms directly from the latest research papers and conferences.
2. Developing new training and evaluation techniques to enhance the end-to-end neural network training and evaluation pipeline.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain clear and transparent communication throughout all stages of the project.
4. Supervising model and dataset development across multiple projects, teams, and geographical locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong experience in developing computer vision software in C++ and Python, including algorithm design and systems software development.
• Experience with machine learning, Bayesian filtering, information theory, and/or 3D geometry.
• Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu) OS and proficiency in writing C++ and Python code.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile development environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
