Senior Data Center Construction Manager

We seek an experienced Senior Data Center Construction Manager to oversee the construction of new data centers and capital improvement projects in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project planning, execution, and oversight for new region builds throughout our global portfolio.
  • Provide Construction Management for initiatives aimed at enhancing the resiliency of our data centers.
  • Review constructability of electrical and mechanical system designs associated with the construction of new data centers or the optimization of existing data centers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, and project management, with experience in managing complex construction projects in multiple countries. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management or construction project management.
  • Experience leading conflict resolution with co-located and geographically dispersed multi-cultural teams.
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering best practices, including breaker coordination studies and switchgear sequence of operation.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations, including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA.
