Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
  • Personalized Experience: Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay.
  • Payment Handling: Handle payments and ensure accurate billing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
  • Task Management: Ensure all important information is passed to the next shift and tasks are completed.
  • Problem Resolution: Be proactive in resolving problems and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
  • System Knowledge: Experience with Opera or a related system is a plus.
