We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in safeguarding players and ensuring compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Player Assessments: Monitor and assess player activity for signs of gaming-related harm or financial risks, utilizing a risk-based approach to take appropriate and proportionate actions.
- Live Interactions: Conduct live chat interactions with players exhibiting behaviors or meeting criteria that indicate potential gaming-related harm or AML concerns.
- Account Analysis: Analyze and assess player accounts that trigger pre-established responsible gaming or AML thresholds, evaluating behavioral patterns, financial activity, and affordability indicators.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to share insights, develop strategies, and improve processes that promote safer gaming and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in English: A good command of the English language is essential for this role, as all policies, procedures, and communications are conducted in English.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to identifying critical details in player transactions and account activities is crucial for this position.
- Ability to Adapt and Multitask: The ability to transition quickly between tasks, such as assessing a player for an AML reason and handling live chats, is necessary.
