Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality System Analyst to join our Quality global team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving QMS reporting, analytics, and improvements.

• Drive all Q&R related transformation and improvement initiatives
• Manage the KPI/MPR and related reporting for Q&R
• Lead Q&R analytics, database management, and predictive tools
• Deal the QMS (quality management system) in alignment with the DABS and the BPO network
• Participate on internal and external audits to achieve the ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications
• Own the CAPA (corrective action/preventive action) process and overall improvement activities
• Manage QMS tools, document processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality objectives

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or regulatory areas
• Proven experience as responsible and/or co-responsible for Quality Management System and its processes, auditing, and analytics
• Minimum bachelor's degree (or local equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Knowledge in Lean, SAP, and Power BI is desirable
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
