Principal Machine Learning Developer

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable architectures and infrastructure for managing machine learning applications. You will contribute to the development of end-to-end applications and products, focusing on core capabilities such as technical and functional machine learning systems and applications.

You will work with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into effective and efficient machine learning systems and applications. This involves owning the development and maintenance of core functionalities within machine learning applications, including machine learning pipelines, model training, and deployment, and monitoring and evaluation.

Additionally, you will drive the functional stream of work by providing technical expertise, handling team discussions, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks. To stay ahead of the curve, you will actively explore and implement the latest tools, frameworks, and offerings in the machine learning landscape.

Lastly, you will facilitate collaborative problem-solving within the team by actively listening, communicating effectively, and mentoring other engineers.

• Advanced English level is required.
• Strong experience with LLM and AI.
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, demonstrating attention to refactoring and readability of the code.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Shell for automation and task streamlining.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures to handle large-scale machine learning applications.
• Experience with building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning systems using relevant machine learning techniques and platforms.
• Experience with designing and operating the infrastructure required to run different types of machine learning training and serving workloads.

• Understanding of stakeholder management and ability to liaise between clients and other key stakeholders throughout projects.
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to adapt role to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Ability to take risks and conflicts, and skillfully manage them.
