We are seeking a seasoned technical visionary to spearhead personalization initiatives at our organization. This role involves conceptualizing and executing large-scale machine learning projects that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop company-wide personalization strategies, fostering collaboration across ML teams.
- Address complex technical challenges such as cold start, real-time learning, and exploration/exploitation tradeoffs.
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML solutions using advanced techniques (e.g., graph neural networks, causal models, bandit algorithms).
- Establish ML architecture patterns, design standards, and reusable infrastructure across teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that redefine how personalization impacts business KPIs.
- Provide technical guidance to senior ML engineers, facilitating complex decision-making and team capability scaling.
- Represent the organization's technical brand externally through speaking engagements, open source contributions, or publications.
- Promote responsible AI practices, adaptive learning systems, and privacy-preserving personalization.
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems with a focus on personalization.
- Expertise in building ML systems with deep knowledge in large-scale personalization.
- Industry recognition through patents, publications, or significant product impact.
- Mastery across multiple ML domains including deep learning, causal inference, multi-armed bandits, and graph-based models.
