
Lead Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to lead the development of new-business technical and commercial proposals. This role involves creating opportunities and partnerships, preparing complete technical and commercial proposals for OPGW solutions and HV turnkey projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all bid preparations, including checklist standardization and gathering support from internal and external sources.
- Responsible for multiple RFPs and their requirements.
- Collect necessary information through field visitations to prepare commercial and technical offers according to customer needs.
- Serve as an interface among Sales, Engineering teams, HQ, subsidiaries, 3rd parties, and internal departments.
- Develop overarching pre-sales strategies and processes, applying best practices across the company.
- Support sales structure and pricing with business-value analysis.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, and regular presentations.
- Support after-sales subjects to enhance project execution and improve internal processes.
