Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team.

This pivotal role ensures the seamless delivery of HR services across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training coordination and offboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a solid understanding of local Employment Law and HR compliance practices, as well as strong communication and organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly.
  • Manage full onboarding and offboarding processes, including all administrative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR System and update Employee Personal Files as needed.
  • Draft contracts and agreements as required.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on monthly payroll changes.
  • Create and issue reports and data as requested.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and management, offering guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Coordinate training sessions and staff development initiatives.
  • Support with paperwork for letters and other employee relations matters.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Solid understanding of local Employment Law and HR compliance practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a proactive and energetic attitude.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in the gaming or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
