Design Lead for Digital Products

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product design and be able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Job Description:

  • Lead the design of digital products from concept to launch, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on leadership and mentorship.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of human-centered design principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
