Senior Product Designer Role

This is a key position at our organization where you will lead design engagements for large and complex projects with minimal oversight.

You will drive the design direction, guide the development of design systems, and bring your vision to life. Your primary responsibility will be to create cohesive, lightweight, and purposeful designs that meet business objectives.

  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Researchers, Strategists, Creatives, and Project Managers to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in and lead ideation sessions, workshops, demos, and presentations with clients to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Use Figma to prototype and communicate the look and feel of a project.
  • Design products using all tools necessary to convey the ideal experience, from sketch to animate.
  • Stay up-to-date with mobile trends and continuously iterate your designs to ensure they remain current.
  • Presents work to stakeholders, articulating the reasoning behind design decisions.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards client needs and provide solutions when issues arise.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years designing digital products.
  • C1 or C2 English language proficiency.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases visual design skills and user experience expertise.
  • Experience shipping and launching several products.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and advanced design principles.
  • A conceptual thinker who can translate customer needs and behaviors into effective design solutions.
  • Effective communication of design decisions to clients and team members.
