This is a highly sought-after position for an imaginative leader who can develop and maintain the visual identity of digital learning products, as well as oversee their storytelling vision. The chosen candidate will be responsible for defining the overall creative direction of online courses, working closely with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Designers to align it with educational goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain style guides, moodboards, and other creative references that set the tone for our brand.
  • Prepare creative briefs for designers, filmmakers, animators, and audio specialists to ensure consistency in their work.
  • Direct the visual execution of course production (filming, lighting, art direction) to achieve high-quality results.
  • Supervise the design of graphics, motion graphics, and other visual elements to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Ensure creative consistency and quality throughout the production process by maintaining open lines of communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Collaboration and Leadership

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare creative plans that align with production schedules and budgets, while also ensuring seamless communication between multidisciplinary teams. This includes leading and collaborating with creative teams, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), as well as proven experience in audiovisual direction, creative direction, visual design, or related roles. A background in EdTech, instructional media, or educational content creation is strongly preferred. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and or other animation tools is a plus.
