We are seeking a skilled and experienced Neuroscience Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves promoting products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in person and virtually, providing clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information in a compliant and customer-focused manner.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of neuroscience disease states, our products, and local/regional market dynamics. They will be able to serve as a trusted resource in the medical community and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
This is a remote job that requires significant travel. The sales specialist will be responsible for achieving sales goals within the assigned territory by delivering meaningful value and service, and partnering effectively with HCPs and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives, leveraging market data, customer insights, and quarterly action plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on product pricing, reimbursement, and specialty distribution channels, acting as a liaison between customers and the company for access-related issues.
- Accurately track and report sales activities, business expenses, and customer interactions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:- Promote products to HCPs in person and virtually.

- Accurately track and report sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred.
- Demonstrated advanced selling skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen.
- Proven success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings.
This role involves broad experience and professional judgment to address complex business challenges, using creativity and data-driven decision-making to achieve results in a highly regulated environment.
Physical Requirements:This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication both in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations.
