Key Account Relationship Manager Role

The role of Key Account Relationship Manager involves delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients by providing strategic guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops customized account strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Oversees end-to-end account management projects, including fund launches, closures, mergers, and remediations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Builts strong, lasting relationships with key clients through proactive communication and engagement, attending client workshops and due diligence meetings as required.
  • Ensures data accuracy and quality by performing authentication checks and verifying MDRs are met.
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to provide expert client delivery and support.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements, focusing on enhancing quality, efficiency, and timeliness while reducing cycle time and eliminating manual processes.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of account opening and maintenance workflows, assuming end-to-end ownership of related requirements, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Develops and sustains a comprehensive email workflow tool, responsible for reference and static data integrity, quality control, and associated processes.
  • Provides critical support for new product and technology initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Client relationship management or Client Facing roles.
  • 6+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Excellent time management skills, self-directed, and capable of handling high-pressure, time-sensitive tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate adaptability and operate effectively in a changing environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Effective teamwork and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interface seamlessly with clients and internal partners.
