The role of Key Account Relationship Manager involves delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients by providing strategic guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:- Develops customized account strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Oversees end-to-end account management projects, including fund launches, closures, mergers, and remediations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Builts strong, lasting relationships with key clients through proactive communication and engagement, attending client workshops and due diligence meetings as required.
- Ensures data accuracy and quality by performing authentication checks and verifying MDRs are met.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to provide expert client delivery and support.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, focusing on enhancing quality, efficiency, and timeliness while reducing cycle time and eliminating manual processes.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of account opening and maintenance workflows, assuming end-to-end ownership of related requirements, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Develops and sustains a comprehensive email workflow tool, responsible for reference and static data integrity, quality control, and associated processes.
- Provides critical support for new product and technology initiatives.
- At least 8 years of experience in Client relationship management or Client Facing roles.
- 6+ years of experience leading a team.
- Excellent time management skills, self-directed, and capable of handling high-pressure, time-sensitive tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability and operate effectively in a changing environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-resolution skills.
- Effective teamwork and influencing skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interface seamlessly with clients and internal partners.
